Blue Moon exceeded our expectations! Great breakfast at a great price with exemplary service. Despite the massive (and well-deserved) crowd on a beautiful Sunday morning, we were seated and served quickly. The bartender was amazing and made the perfect Bloody Marys. My companion was excited to see that they were served (correctly) with a beer back. Food was outstanding, and surprisingly fast! Beautiful view of Lake Onalaska across the road. Definitely worth a stop, we’ll be back!

Service and food was delicious. There was a bartender that was slinging drinks in a very efficient fashion and she wasn’t missing a beat. Our server was great, friendly and preemptive on my beverage refills and very friendly. Food came plates nicely and great portions. I also had the cheese curds and they were delicious and a very generous portion. Will definitely come back.

We always try to find a local restaurant when traveling. The Blue Moon was the best selection! I would describe this location as an upscale local tavern. The waffle fries and onion rings may have been from a supplier, but they were really good! Tasted freshly made. Making a stop at The Blue Moon was well worth the time!

Was a great breakfast, food was fast and fresh. Taste was on point and it was nice to see real ingredients. There have been many breakfasts lately where they slap on a Kraft single and fry up some canned mushrooms. Waitstaff were friendly and they all seemed to be content at work. They also shared great teamwork I observed and seemed to all have a good rapport throughout. The menu has a nice twist to it as well with great options, we will be returning to try out more that they have to offer. Highly recommend!

Mikaela made our experience even more great than it was. She was very friendly & attentive. This was the first time here. Good variety of selections of food. I chose the East Coast Chicken sandwich with a side of cottage cheese. Very good sandwich. My friend had one of the specials of the day which was a cod sandwich with steak black bean soup. She loved it. Beautiful view across from the restaurant & you can also enjoy outdoor seating. Decor inside is cute too.

What a fun place. I love small restaurants and try to avoid big chains. My granddaughter and I went on a Tuesday, 11:30 ish. We had a choice of breakfast or lunch. My granddaughter got a breakfast burrito. Huge! She couldn't eat it all. I got the cranraisin and apple salad. It was delicious! I do not ever order chicken as I don't care for it. I was just going to put it aside. It was delicious. The salad was so big I will finish at home for dinner. They have an extensive but not overwhelming menu. Robert served us and he was delightful! We sat in the back area where there were regular sized tables. If you sit in the front at the tall tables you get an amazing view!!!!! I can't wait to go back.
